Insurance

I currently operate on a cash-pay basis. Superbills are available upon request for potential reimbursement through your insurance provider. I am actively credentialing with Moda Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield — ask about my current status when you reach out.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, check, and major credit cards. HSA and FSA cards are welcome. If cost is a barrier to care, please reach out — I'm happy to discuss options.
