In Chinese medicine, the new year isn't a productivity test. It's an energetic reset.
Join me the day before Lunar New Year to begin the Year of the Yang Fire Horse grounded in your body, not your overwhelm.

Move through Fire-harmonizing qigong (no experience needed, camera optional)
