Come back weekly for updated instruction handouts and invitations.

To enhance your practice and deepen your connection with the season and nature, check out these handouts with invitations.

Each week, prior to doing qigong, we discuss the seasonal node and an associated nature metaphor to carry with us. The ancient Chinese observed nature and divided the year into two week periods, called nodes, where certain patterns in nature tend to occur each year. As we live according to the seasonal nodes and observe nature, like the ancient Chinese, our lives will feel fuller and more connected to all that is around us.

Week 1 Node: Autumnal Equinox

Nature Metaphor: Sunset
